Materials
High quality polyurethane, silicone, and various rubber compound materials are used in the manufacturing process, and range in durometer from very soft to very hard. Materials can be tailored to meet our customer’s individual project requirements.

  • Hardness from 10A to 80D durometer
  • Materials that comply with FDA Regulation 21 CFR 177.2600 “rubber articles intended for repeated use.”
  • Materials that comply with USP class VI

Custom Molded Parts
Products are manufactured by either open casting or compression molding techniques using polyurethane, silicone, or rubber depending on the application requirements and end use of the product. Products with complex geometry and close tolerances can be molded completely with threaded inserts and/or metal components eliminating the need for costly, secondary operations. Our customers order products ranging in quantity from one to several thousand.

  • Seals
  • Roll Pucks
  • Hydroclones
  • Bucket walls
  • Capper Disks
  • Clamp Pads
  • Bumpers
  • Scrapers
  • Fixtures
  • Bushings
  • Bellows
  • Tumbler Linings

We can handle your project from design through production.

Rolls and Wheels
Rollers, pulleys, and wheels are used in a variety of industries and are another aspect of our business. We manufacture drive rollers, idler pulleys, split nip rolls, and release rollers. Polyurethane is successfully bonded to many substrates including steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, and plastic cores. Our company can manufacture the rollers complete with core and cover, or we can strip and recover your existing roller. Great care is taken to insure proper bonding of polyurethane to the roller core, therefore, bond strengths often exceed the tear strength of the covering material. Rollers can be manufactured and held to tight tolerances, grooved, and crowned using custom formulated materials for the customer’s specific application.

Standard Shapes and Sizes
Several products are manufactured in standard shapes and sizes from 10A (soft) to 80D (hard) durometer.

Molds/Tooling
Molds and tooling are designed and manufactured, using aluminum, steel, epoxy, polyurethane, and fiberglass composites. We will take into consideration project cost, molding technique, and product tolerances when selecting mold materials to be used based on our customer’s particular project needs.
